SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY ASSISTANT
Speech Tactics is Charlotte, NC's premier multicultural, multilingual, multidisciplinary pediatric therapy agency. Our organization is service-oriented and committed to providing access, convenience, and excellence in pediatric therapy for children with neurodevelopmental differences! We are a dynamic team of therapists (ABA, ST, OT, PT, Psych) working to improve communication, social skills, mental health, and daily life skills for the children and families we serve. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting and/or tele-therapy.
Review, collaborate, and carryout therapy plans as indicated on the treatment plan developed by the CCC-SLP
Provide home exercise programs and direct therapy for a pediatric population (0-18)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team, parents, and caregivers during progress report meetings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS PEDIATRIC SLP- Assistant
1. SLP-Assistant NC license
2. Excellent Communication skills
3. At least two (2) years of pediatric experience is a PLUS
4. Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.
5. Spanish language skills are a PLUS
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License
