As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Spencer Hall - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Make presentations to customers.
- Work with Agent to reach marketing goals.
- Educate clients on policy coverages to help them be prepared in case of emergency.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Experiencing managing client relationships preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer
- Able to commute to office
- Property and Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
