Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing part time Front Desk Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that all members receive exceptional service and have a memorable workout with us.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and ensure a seamless member experience
- Clean the studio between workouts.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, including the reception area, lobby, and bathrooms
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and other guest transactions
- Utilize phone systems and other technology to provide guests with information and assistance
- Sell memberships
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, managing guest requests, and maintaining records
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
