Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in software implementation with a focus on COTS software and Salesforce solutions.
- Project Management Skills: Proven track record in leading large, complex, and high-stakes software implementation projects, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering successful outcomes.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, COTS products, and integration methodologies. Familiarity with SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage senior-level stakeholders, and build consensus across various business units.
- Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients to address complex business challenges and drive successful project outcomes.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and think strategically to address challenges.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced certifications in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP) or Salesforce (Salesforce Certified) are highly preferred.
