Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and efficient Material Handler to support our warehouse and logistics operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all materials, buildouts, and supplies are correctly received, inspected, organized, and distributed to meet project timelines. What you'll do
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, quality, and accuracy of delivered materials
- Label and organize buildout materials and supplies in designated warehouse locations
- Assist with picking and staging materials for delivery or installation
- Support logistics with loading and unloading trailers in a timely and organized manner
- Communicate shortages or damages to the warehouse lead or logistics team immediately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in all warehouse and loading areas
- Track material movements and update inventory logs as needed
- Assist with cutting, prepping, or packaging buildout materials per project requirements
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently (with certification)
- All other duties as assigned
Who you are
- Reliable and organized with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Capable of working independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Familiar with warehouse safety procedures and material handling equipment
- Able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment safely
- Proficient in inventory systems and comfortable with basic documentation tasks
- Flexible and responsive to shifting priorities and timelines

Schedule: M–F | Full-Time | Occasional early mornings or weekends may be required
