Masker / Paint Prep (Entry Level)No experience? No problem. Our client will train the right person!We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to help prepare parts for painting. If you are good with your hands, enjoy seeing a project through to the finish, and don't mind staying active, this is the job for you.What You Will Do:Taping & Plugging: Use tape and plastic caps to cover parts of the product that should not be painted.Sanding: Use sandpaper or hand tools to smooth out surfaces so the paint sticks perfectly.Cleaning: Wipe down parts to remove dust, oil, and fingerprints before they go to the paint booth.Quality Check: Follow a simple checklist to make sure every part is ready for a perfect finish.What We Are Looking For:Great Energy: You’ll be standing and moving on your feet for the entire shift (8–10 hours). You should be comfortable being on your feet all day in a fast-paced shop.Attention to Detail: You’re the kind of person who notices the small things.
