This candidate will also be a natural salesperson that will help their branch meet its goals. The Manager will lead by example and play an active role in all aspects of branch operations.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise all warehouse daily activities while working to maximize operational efficiencyEnsure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policiesAnalyze logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss preventionOversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operationsImplement operational policies and proceduresManage inventory control and quality assurance, productivity and logisticsMentor, motivate, direct, and discipline staffEnsure vehicles and equipment are maintained and in safe working order
