Role and Responsibilities and requirements
- Sew products after they have been assembled to be sent to trimming
- Follow schedule of product ship dates as directed
- Clean work area DAILY (at the end of shift)
- Dispose of waste
- Follow Work schedule – Workday Hours
- Communicate any problems with jacket to QA department and have problem fixed by assembler or supervisor
- Use safety equipment provided – report injuries immediately to supervisor or manager
- Respect the Employee Handbook
- Lead by example; help others to achieve. Promote a good work environment
- Other duties that are requested by supervisor or manager
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Skills
- Sewing machine operation and basic maintenance
- Read CAD drawings
- Basic Math – use a variety of measuring tools
- Communication skills
Fundamental Job Requirements- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to reach, stretch, lift and stoop regularly
