Job Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual(english/spanish), highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office schedule, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
This is a 15-20 hours a week position.
Tuesdays & Thursdays - 8:45-6:00
Fridays- 8:45-1:00
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phones/ Checking Messages/ Returning Calls
- Greeting, Billing and Scheduling Patients
- Verifying patient benefits and collecting co-payments
-Opening/Closing the office
-Assist in translating for Spanish speaking patients
-Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
-Keeping the office organized and maintaining stock of office supplies
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:
-**MUST SPEAK SPANISH**
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred but not required.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer literacy(fax, printers, scanners)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
