We are Spins Bowl Carmel. We are seeking a Arcade Attendant for our busy bowling alley. Part-time - weekends primarily.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Arcade Attendant to join our team at Spins Bowl Carmel. As an Arcade Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to arcade guests, ensuring the proper functioning of arcade games, and maintaining a clean and organized arcade area. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist arcade guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Operate arcade games and attractions, ensuring they are in proper working order.
- Monitor and enforce arcade rules and safety guidelines.
- Assist guests with game instructions and provide recommendations for game selection.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions for game tokens and prizes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the arcade area, including cleaning games and floors.
- Restock game prizes and maintain inventory levels.
- Report any issues or maintenance needs to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor game issues.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and move around the arcade area.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
