Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the client account relationship as a trusted advisor, understanding their organizational structure, key decision-makers, and technology roadmap.
- Drive sales strategy and execution to meet and exceed revenue goals, working across business units within the client’s company.
- Align Spirent’s test, assurance, and automation solutions with the client’s evolving needs, particularly in areas like 5G, cloud, cybersecurity, and connected devices.
- Collaborate with engineering, pre-sales, product management, and support teams to deliver impactful customer engagements.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, manage forecasts, maintain CRM hygiene, and report regularly on performance and pipeline health.
- Support product positioning, proposal creation, pricing negotiations, and the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Represent Spirent at customer meetings, technical sessions, and industry events.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales, account management, and/or customer-facing roles in the tech industry.
- Exposure to enterprise accounts or large-scale customers is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in growing key accounts, ideally within the networking, software, test/measurement, or telecom sectors.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable collaborating with multiple teams.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting tools.
- Interest in emerging technologies, including 5G, cloud, network testing, or cybersecurity, is a bonus.
- Travel to customer site as needed.
Salary : $80,000 - $259,000
