Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Presents policy renewal options based on client needs and their personal goals.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and client requests within a specified timeframe.
- Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty license and experience is preferred but will train good individual.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Salary : $40,000 - $49,000
