Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 Salary/year

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technology support.
- Assist various teams with technology needs.
- Install and configure networking infrastructure (equipment, cabling, switches, routers, access points).
- Use hand tools (drills, hammers, etc.) to install cabling and hardware.
- Work from a ladder or scissor lift to complete installations.
- Install servers, PCs, printers, and peripherals on-site.
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and commands.
- Experience with hardware and network troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.
- Experience in network cabling installation, testing, and documentation.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN connectivity, VLANs, and network configurations.
- 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

- Excellent relationship, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and work independently.

- Willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Northwest Arkansas
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed, with alternating on-call schedules.
