PART TIME CLEANER

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Place: Ripon/Berlin Area

Duties

• To ensure cleanliness, perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Execute industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs.
• Carry out commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Provide services by managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic areas.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
• Expected hours: Let us know your availability. Days, nights, and weekends are needed.
