What You’ll Do
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients are successfully benefiting from our unique suite of Installment Solutions (BNPL). You will work closely with our largest clients to understand their needs and provide them with the support they need to achieve their goals. You will report to the Head of Client Success.
- Build strong relationships with senior-level clients and act as their primary point of contact
- Mitigate client problems in a professional and timely manner
- Understand clients’ business needs and provide them with the support they need to achieve
- their goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that clients’ needs are met
- Monitor client usage and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
- Provide training and support to clients as needed
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- 5 years of experience in client success or account management in fintech or BNPL industry
- Fintech industry experience a must (card processing experience necessary)
- Located in Atlanta
- Open to working from the office 4 days a week
