Description

The Pinballz Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Lake Creek kitchens, making sure they run smoothly and effectively. Their duties include developing, motivating, supervising, and training all kitchen staff. The Kitchen Manager will be professional and customer service orientated. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for meeting company goals and improving customer satisfaction.

General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business aspects of the kitchen, such as keeping up with health and safety, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory, and reordering supplies.
  • Responsible for the management of BOH team, including coaching, counseling, execution, quality, pars, maintenance, and organization of prepped goods.  
  • Provide premium customer service by ensuring customer needs are met, quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure financial objectives are consistently and correctly managed. Managing the kitchen budget.
  • Foster a collaborative and open environment across all staff.
  • Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Preparing kitchen schedules with budgeting labor costs goals.
  • Administration of time and attendance processes and procedures.
  • Will assist with private events.

Role Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in managing a high-volume scratch kitchen. Ability to over see 10 BOH employees.
  • Must have inventory and ordering experience.
  • Strong understanding of business management and accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, direct, and train others in a business setting.
  • Communication skills, they communicate well in person, on the phone, or by email with clients and employees.
  • Must adhere to Pinballz dress code guidelines.
  • Must have / or willing to obtain a valid TABC and FHL Manager certificate
