At Sport Clips we provide ongoing paid in-person training and free online training through Sport Clips University. We have the best coaches in the industry to help our hair stylists, cosmetologists, and barbers to stay up to date on the latest haircut trends and techniques within our salons. We also have a great working relationship with our vendor to provide continuous product knowledge training! What You Can Expect
- Guaranteed hourly base pay for stylists ranging from $15.50 to $40.00 an hour! (Cash tips taken home daily! With all incentives you can make upwards of $75,000 per year….before stepping into management positions.
