Join our team as an HR assistant ( temp) and gain valuable hands-on experience in human resources.support various HR functions and learn about recruitment, employee relations, training, and other aspects of HR administration.
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Scanning paper files in digital employee files
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
- Assists with new hire orientation.
- Assist with performance review process.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conduct phone screens and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.

EDUCATION :
ABILITIES : Must demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skills. Excellent planning, organization and managements skills. Ability to multi-task, works in a fast-paced work environment, and demonstrates team cooperation.
