SportsMED Complete Orthopedic Care is seeking a uniquely qualified individual for the position of Appointment Scheduler to work in an extremely high volume (500 plus calls per day - 25,000 per month) Call Center. This is a fast-paced, detail oriented, full-time position. Minimum requirements are: knowledge of medical terminology, ability to type 30-40 words per minute, computer literate, outstanding customer service attitude, experience with electronic medical records (EMR), and ability to communicate with all types of people. Experience answering a multi-line phone system and scheduling in a medical environment is a plus.
