Sales & Revenue Growth
✅ Generate & Close Sales – Actively seek out and close deals with homeowners needing roofing and home improvement services.
✅ Develop Lead Generation Strategies – Utilize networking, referrals, door-to-door outreach, and digital marketing efforts to build a pipeline.
✅ Manage Client Relationships – Educate homeowners on storm damage claims, roof replacement options, and long-term solutions.
Team Building & Leadership
✅ Recruit & Train Sales Representatives – Identify, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
✅ Lead by Example – Mentor and support team members in improving their sales techniques and closing strategies.
✅ Monitor Performance Metrics – Set targets, track progress, and implement strategies to optimize sales success.
Business Development & Strategy
✅ Create & Implement Sales Processes – Develop efficient workflows to improve customer acquisition and retention.
