General Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team. As the GM, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel in SOUTHERN INDIANA and ensure its overall success. This is a leadership position that requires exceptional strategic planning, business development, and management skills.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Supervise and manage various departments to ensure efficient operations
- Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans
- Manage budgets and financial resources effectively
- Implement change management strategies to drive organizational transformation
- Provide guidance and support to department heads in their respective areas
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a GM or similar position
- Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and operations management
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives and achieving operational excellence
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
