Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. Duties: - Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reviewing charges and credits - Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries - Operate phone systems and respond to guest calls with excellent phone etiquette - Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation Experience: - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Familiarity with night audit procedures is an asset - Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is desirable Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Opportunities for career advancement within the hospitality industry Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional guest service, we encourage you to apply for the Night Auditor position.
