We are seeking a masterful coordinator, challenge seeker, and energetic go-getter to join our Marketing team. This position will serve as the communication hub for our marketing and branding efforts, sharing the Sprague mission to internal and external stakeholders in print, online, and at industry events. 

What you’ll do:

• Manage social media presence 
• Ensure branding and design consistency across digital and print content
• Manage inventory and ordering for marketing materials and the online company store
• Work with vendors to source materials, negotiate price, and ensure service levels are met
• Train and support operations teams and managers with sales and marketing programs
• Socialize the online customer portal with clients and internal users, providing training and support to drive consistent usage

Position Summary:

Sprague is seeking an outgoing, energetic individual to fill a Marketing Coordinator opening in our home office in Tacoma, WA.

We’re looking for a masterful coordinator, challenge seeker and someone who is thrilled to help their team succeed. This position is the communication hub for our marketing and branding efforts. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Marketing in all areas of marketing including events and tradeshows, trade association activities, advertising, marketing campaigns and website administration.
• Become the expert with our digital marketing management software programs to provide reporting and support to team and management. 
• Participate in planning and execution of events, conferences, and tradeshows.
• Provide primary creative design review and writing services to support company and service center marketing initiatives.
• Ensure brand messaging and cultural values are consistent throughout materials.
• Manage social media presence, working with our content writer for blog posts, videos, external articles, imagery, and daily updates to Facebook, LinkedIn and other social marketing venues as assigned. 
• Manage inventory and ordering for marketing materials.
• Manage the online Sprague storefront operations and materials.
• Work closely with vendors to source materials and printing, negotiate pricing and ensure on-time deliveries. 
• Administrative duties to include reporting, data entry, distribution of information, mailings, and reports. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in communication, marketing, or administration. 
• A 4-year degree or equivalent marketing experience is required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent organization, planning and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. 
• Aptitude for working with individuals on all levels, and proactively following up to maintain deadlines. 
• Ability to expediently handle multiple tasks, maintain high performance standards, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. 
• Exceptional customer service skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite.
• Willing to travel when necessary.
