Role Description: This is a full-time Estimator role located in Fort Myers, FL with some flexibility for remote work. The Estimator will be responsible for creating job estimates, working with clients and contractors to gather information on project specifications, and preparing detailed estimates containing material and labor costs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with insulation or related industries such as construction, roofing, or HVAC.
  • Knowledge of job estimating software and tools
  • Experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand architectural drawings - will be measuring work area and calculating material/labor costs.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
Salary and Benefits:

Salary plus commission. Unlimited earning potential. Profit sharing, PTO, paid training and fuel reimbursement. Cell phone and laptop provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads and exceed ambitious sales goals.
  • Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
  • Pricing Expertise: Prepare competitive quotes and pricing schedules that win deals.
  • Compelling Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations that captivate prospective clients.
  • Network and Build Relationships: Expand your client base by networking locally and building meaningful relationships.
  • Strategic Alignment: Align your sales efforts with our innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders with precision.

  • Organization: Maintain meticulous client records and provide timely information on credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
  • Expo Events: Attend a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year, expanding your network and opportunities. These are booked for you.

Compensation package:

Pay: Base Salary plus Unlimited Earning potential through commission pay.

Work Location: Must have reliable transportation, Territory includes the following counties: Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Desoto, Hendry, and Glades.

Schedule: Monday- Friday with occasional weekend for community/ marketing events.
