Full-Time, hourly, year-round (12 months) employment.
As a Preschool Assistant Principal, you will assist the Principal in coordinating all school operations, with your primary focus on coaching, mentoring and training teachers in our Links to Learning curriculum. You will be supported by your Principal and Regional Director, in addition to our Shared Services team with matters relating to HR, finances, and billing.

The Essentials
- Have an endorsement, credential or degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services Field.
- 1 year of experience in a school leadership position preferred (Principal, Assistant Principal, Team Leader, etc.).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous teaching experience in a preschool setting.
- Knowledge of state education and licensing standards and maintains validation of credentials for the position (i.e. professional development).
- Broad knowledge of instructional programs, extracurricular activities, methods to ensure a safe and orderly climate,
- Previous responsibility for building maintenance, program evaluation, employee engagement and management, office operations, and emergency procedures.
