You will be responsible for improving our residents experience and maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Your focus will be the basic quality-of-life for our residents, so duties such as recording vitals, providing ambulatory assistance, and seeing to hygiene needs will be key in the individualized care.

- Leads a team of direct care providers to ensure appropriate execution of medications and treatments, documentation, teaching, care planning and patient care conferencing in compliance with the Health Campus Policies and Procedures.
- Visit residents on your assigned unit on a daily basis in order to observe and evaluate each resident’s physical and emotional status.
- Assist in monitoring the inventory of medications, medical supplies and equipment to ensure that an adequate supply is on hand and readily available to meet the needs of the residents.
- Monitor nursing assistants to ensure that established procedures are followed for the use and disposal of personal protective equipment

- Strong interpersonal skills, especially when it comes to delivering sensitive information to patients and/or families.
- Ability to think critically under pressure.
- Must have and maintain a current, valid RN license in IN.
- Possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
- Be able to make independent decisions concerning above job duties.
- Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family member, visitors, government agencies/personnel, vendors, and the general public.
- Be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
- 8 or 12 hour shifts
- FT/PT availability
- Rotating Holiday Schedule
- Weekend availability
