Where You Fit :
The Processing Specialist is an organized, self-driven person who is motivated to assist our customers in their tax data processing and utility billing processing. As a Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for processing data from our property tax software to electronically create and print bills on behalf of our customers.
This is a remote position but strong preference would be to candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones.
Responsibilities :
- Receives and processes customer data and distributes to in-house printers.
- Perform Tax Calculations based on customer requirements.
- Communicates with customers and assists with their tax data and utility data.
- Performs data entry and verification.
- Problem solves customer's issues related to tax data.
- Edits and maintains written batch procedures.
- Performs billing of jobs processed and printed.
