EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Responsibilities:Management of public housing properties.maintaining the
financial health of the property & responsible for assisting in preparing budgets,
monitoring budgets, etc. Requirements: BS in operations, accounting, finance, or
public/business administration. Graduate degree in finance or business
administration preferred. Must possess valid Ohio driver’s license and evidence of
personal vehicle insurance. Experience: Three years minimum asset manager
supervisor/managing agent of multi-family/senior housing developments preferred;
Five years management, supervisory and administrative experience in working with
HUD programs, and/or Section 8 Housing. Experience working on or with tax credit
properties and/or possession of certification in LIHTC is a plus and highly beneficial,
although not a requirement.
