The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store. **Duties:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering personalized service and product recommendations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the store's inventory, including product knowledge, features, and benefits.
- Conduct sales floor replenishment, ensuring stock levels are maintained and products are visually appealing.
- Manage cash register operations, including operating the cash register, processing transactions, and handling cash and credit payments.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels.
- Participate in shift management, including opening and closing duties, and ensuring the store is secure and organized.
- Assist with inventory control, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers of all backgrounds, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
- Maintain a high level of sales and customer service skills, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of pricing and promotions, ensuring customers are aware of all available deals.
- Utilize multilingual skills to communicate effectively with customers who speak different languages.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is essential.

- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
