Position Overview: This is a dual Monitor Tech and Unit Secretary position. You will be responsible for answering phone calls and patient call lights while keeping a close eye on patient rhythms.
Pre-employment Requirements:
- We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Education Requirements:
- Validation of high school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Requirements:
- Previous Monitor Tech experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass a Monitor Tech class.
- Must have a working knowledge of medical terminology and have excellent customer service and computer skills.
- Must have excellent phone etiquette.
- Must be a a good multi-tasker.
- Must be able to perform in a high-stress environment.
