Front Desk Associate Job Summary
Springhill Suites Chattanooga South/Ringgold is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate. Responsibilities of this position include greeting guests, providing assistance during arrival and departure, and responding to all guest needs for the duration of their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, updating guest information in FOSSE, answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing our incoming and outgoing mail, helping with breakfast set-up and service, etc. The front desk is responsible for keeping the lobby area clean and organized and all items stocked in the Market, presenting a welcoming atmosphere to all guests. While we are looking for someone with prior administrative experience, we will consider any applicant with strong customer service skills.
