RN/LPN - Full-Time and Part Time

1. Monitors patient care as delivered by C.N.A.'s assigned to Nursing Living Area..
2. Performs episodic routine charting to include, but not limited to: observation, response to medications and changes in normal condition.
3. Completes appropriate documentation for admission, discharge, and transfer of residents
4. Routinely checks each patient assigned, notes changes in conditions, and follows through with appropriate action to meet resident's needs
5. Notifies Supervisor, attending physician and family of significant changes in condition or injury.
6. Administers medications and treatments to patients as ordered by physician.
7. Oversees daily shift assignments, consistent with resident's needs and staffing guidelines.
8. Gives guidance to personnel as needed and assesses changes in health status of all residents.
9. Assists physician with rounds as needed.

Part Time 7am - 3pm LPN/RN

Full Time 3 - 11 LPN?RN

Full Time 11pm - 7am LPN/RN

• Current Licensed Nurse in North Carolina.
• Minimum of one-year experience in geriatrics.

Salary : $27 - $36
