Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations
- Manage staff (hiring/firing as needed, training, scheduling) and delegate responsibility as needed
- Work with Assistant Managers to ensure store policies and procedures are followed, including but not limited to store cleanliness and adherence to health code
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Track inventory and ensure materials are ordered in a timely manner
- Help manage annual pie sale (Thanksgiving & Christmas)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Food Certification required
- 2 years experience in management in the food industry preferred
