Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Tupelo, MS. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing data. The role involves coordinating with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensuring brand consistency. The Marketing Manager will oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media and email campaigns, and track the performance of marketing programs.

Qualifications

• Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management skills
• Experience in Market Research and Data Analysis
• Digital Marketing skills, including Social Media and Email Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the retail or convenience store industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
