Position Overview
Spry Methods is on the search for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC.
\n- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems and infrastructure.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development and deployment of scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and enhance system capabilities.
- Execute system life-cycle processes including requirements analysis, logical and physical architecture definition, software design, code, and test for the development of automated system testing capabilities.
- Proficient with ServiceNow or similar tool(s).
- Experience configuring network infrastructure, Linux servers, and Windows servers.
- Hands-on experience in the use of a scripting language, such as Groovy, Java, JSON, or Python.
- Understanding and experience with API integration or development.
- Experience with developing or customizing data workflows, data catalogs, and/or metamodels based on customer and system requirements
