Job Title : Director of Employee Relations (ER)

Reports To : The Director of Employee Relations will report to SPS In-House Employment Counsel or equivalent leadership.
Overview : SPS is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Employee Relations function, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across a multi-state operation. We invite experienced former HR Managers, HR Directors, or Employee Relations Directors with a minimum of 5 years in similar roles to apply. A Juris Doctorate is a plus but not required. This position requires expertise in handling employee relations for both blue- and white-collar workforces.
