Position Summary:

As a Marketing Associate specializing in social media, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, driving engagement, strengthening our customer relations, and creating compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms to build and maintain a strong online presence.
• Website Content Creation: Develop creative and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to tell the Spudnik Equipment Company story.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media channels, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, Google Analytics, and use insights to refine our social media and Website strategy for optimal results.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to integrate marketing efforts seamlessly.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and brand effectively.
• Photo and Video Editing: Edit and enhance photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Some experience in WordPress and website management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.
• Passion for the agricultural industry is a plus.

TYPICAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions typical of a manufacturing environment and outdoor activities. There is generally protection from weather conditions in the manufacturing environment but not necessarily from temperature changes. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above the ambient noise level. The shop and outdoor environments include a variety of physical conditions such a proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, and working on scaffolding or other high places. The employee may be exposed to one or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system or the skin: fumes, odors, dust mists, gases or poor ventilation. There is air and/or skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids.
