What are the responsibilities and job description for the SY 25-26 Instructional Aide with Auburn City Schools position at Spur Staffing?
Spur is looking for punctual and professional instructional aides for the Auburn area for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable attitude, understanding the importance of supporting teachers and/or school staff in enhancing the learning environment for students. The primary duty of this position will be working alongside teachers and staff in their day-to-day activities. In this position, you could be asked to assist or follow students who may be special needs, and knowledge of an IEP is favorable.
Pay $15.00 per hour
Job duties also include:
- Implementing lesson plans
- Preparing instructional support materials
- Working directly with students in small groups.
- Providing individualized instructional and learning assistance
- Supervising students in and outside of the classroom
