Spurwink Services is seeking a motivated Office Manager to work full time (40 hours - 8a-4p Monday - Friday) at our Adult Program in Westbrook. The candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and computer savvy with the ability to multi-task. This position provides support to the Adult Program office staff and operations.

DUTIES:
In this position, you need to be an excellent communicator and be able to maintain a positive work environment and be engaging on the phone and in person to staff and clients. Our successful candidate will manage facilities issues, maintain office files, support trainers, maintain training records, and be responsive to client, family, and staff needs and inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or G.E.D. Relevant work experience (i.e., secretarial, computer management, office management) preferred.
