Servers will be responsible for:
- Knowledge of all menu items
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- Running drinks and food
- Communicating with kitchen staff
- Collecting and processing payments
- Pre-bussing all tables
- Daily assigned sidework
- Ensuring that every customer leaves happy
