SR Wood is looking to hire an energetic, enthusiastic individual for a full-time Customer Service Representative position at the company's Clarksville, Indiana office.
This is not a call center position.
The Customer Service Representative will work as a team member and accept a broad range of responsibilities, coordinating all aspects of business between the company and its clients/distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the daily contact for designated corporate accounts
- Correspond with clients requesting pricing information and order status
- Process orders by verifying pricing, reviewing product specifications, entering orders into the system, and distributing acknowledgements
- Support our sales efforts
Job Qualifications:
- Strong ability to communicate professionally and engage with customers is a priority
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Basic math and computer skills
- Customer Service, Inside Sales, Account Management or Administrative Assistant experience required
Office Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
