What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Process Safety Engineer position at SRG?

Senior Process Engineer - up to £75,000 - Runcorn site.

We are working with a leading global manufacturer of a wide range of chemicals that are used as raw materials in almost every industrial process. They are looking for an experienced Process Safety Engineer to join their Runcorn site.

Responsibilities :

  • Work with the UK regulators on major hazard issues (especially COMAH).
  • Be the key point of contact with the EA in ensuring they comply with the requirements of the Environmental Permitting Regulations.
  • Identify and drive process safety improvements on the site.

Experience :

  • Chartered Chemical Engineer.
  • A strong set of Process Safety Engineering skills.
  • Experience working on a COMAH site.
  • Strong Leadership skills and ability to coach.
  • EA and HSE links.
