What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Integration Support Specialist position at SRS Distribution?
The primary r esponsibility of an Integration Support Specialist is converting the acquired business information systems such as data collection, data conversion, processes/interfaces to work together as a unit.
Position is located at our beautiful, new, state of the art corporate office - 7440 S. Hwy 121, McKinney, TX 75070
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide pre and post go-live support for data conversion as well as business operations process flow
- Configure and troubleshoot issues received from users.
- Escalate issues based on comprehensive reporting of one's work, and analyze the business requirements and feedback from others to create and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with local team members as well as remote users to provide technical support maintenance and resolution of issues.
- Analyze customer and supplier data specifications and provide gap analysis.
- Communicate directly with owners and their clients to clarify integration and implementation issues.
Education:
- College degree is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Prior work in the support or development of ATS Integrations
- Experience in distribution business industry
- Knowledge of how different platforms interface with ERP and other backend systems
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently whilst holding strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data flow processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products,
- Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and be very results-oriented.
Travel expectation is up to 50%.
