- Perform exterior cleaning services including window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and more
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction on every job
- Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Follow company safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to schedules and deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
