Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced sales professional who can qualify, present, and close over the phone and is money motivated to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport quickly with company-provided leads to effectively navigate the sales process and close deals.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team on technical drawings for customers
- Develop a robust understanding of our products to provide a consultative sales experience for our customers
- Address customer concerns and objections, leveraging product knowledge and benefits
- Produce clear next step reports for pipeline activity
- Manage customer information in Salesforce
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience with discretionary consumer products (inside sales or outside sales)
- Experience selling to end users/customers (B2C)
- Experience in home remodeling/renovation/construction is highly preferred
- Technical aptitude to understand blueprints and building plans
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales development strategies
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to act independently and think critically to problem solve
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence
- Strong time management and organizational skills
