What You'll Do:- Maintain and update our client database to ensure data accuracy.
- Enforce procedures that streamline data entry and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Handle accounts receivable duties, including generating statements, reconciling accounts, and resolving billing issues.
- Prepare expense reports and verify documentation to support our financial processes.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
We want someone who brings enthusiasm and a people-oriented approach to their work. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounts receivable.
- A background in accounting or bookkeeping is highly preferred.
- An associate’s degree, relevant certification, or proven experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
