Full Stack Developer

Role: Full Stack Developer - W2 only

- 5 days a week onsite

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across the full software development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React , Angular or NodeJS).
Develop and maintain robust back-end services using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
Build and manage APIs and integrate third-party services.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Ensure security and data protection best practices are followed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10 years of experience in full stack development.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular).
Strong back-end development skills (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
