Position: Nurse Manager
Location: Francis Place, Eureka, MO (Hwy 44)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
- Oversee and coordinate patient care activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.
- Manage scheduling and staffing levels, including on-call duties.
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri.
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of skilled nursing facility regulations and standards.
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities effectively.
