Summer Camp Counselor
St. Andrew's Parks and Playground, is searching for several Camp Counselors for our summer camp program. The ideal teammate is passionate about empowering others and is excited to be part of a team that has enriched lives through parks, recreation, and wellness for over 75 years!
This is a great position for fun individuals who love caring for and developing children 5 - 12 years of age. Also a great way to earn experience for Early Education or similar college majors, while making money!
This is a seasonal position that runs during the summer break. Camp Counselors may be located at one of three locations where camps take place: the gymnasium at 1095 Playground Road and/or Family Fitness Plus at 1642 Sam Rittenberg Blvd and/or Forest Lakes Park at 1820 Gun Club Road. Experienced camp counselors may be selected as Leads or Managers at the higher end of the pay range noted below.

Summer Camps will run from June 10, 2024 to August 9, 2024. Paid pre-camp evening training sessions will be from May 27, 2024 to June 7, 2024. These evening training session typically run from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. Attendance at pre-camp evening training sessions is mandatory, however, exceptions may be made on a case by case basis with approval from the Program Director.
