Report Structure: The IT Analyst will report to the Senior IT Analyst and also work closely with third-party IT vendors.
Position Description:
St. Augustine Preparatory Academy is seeking an IT Analyst who can provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting problems, researching and answering questions, and maintaining staff and student workstations. The IT Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for users needing assistance, performing tasks assigned through the IT Service Desk and ensuring that tickets are resolved in a timely manner. An effective IT Analyst provides solutions to team members by identifying problems, investigating solutions, and guiding staff and students through corrective steps.
Job Responsibilities and Roles
- Diagnose and repair technology equipment and technical issues throughout the building
- Maintain hardware inventory and tracking systems, including periodic reporting
- Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service as the first contact to staff and students for technical issues
- Model deep connection and belief in Aug Prep’s North Star, mission, and four pillars.
- Provide and demonstrate clear vision, leadership, direction, and energy to the entire Aug Prep staff as it relates to technology used at Aug Prep.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Commitment to continuing education with desire to complete an Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
- Working knowledge of basic computer hardware and peripherals
- Familiarity with Windows 10 and 11, ChromeOS, and Google Workspace preferred
- Experience with Schoology, Infinite Campus, and/or Vizor is a plus
- Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
- Ability to practice exceptional time management in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented. Strong organization and project management skills. Ability to meet deadlines and organize, prioritize, self-direct, and work both independently and cooperatively
- Strong interpersonal, oral presentation, and written communication skills
- A belief in the ability of every child and a commitment to ensure excellence for each student
